Use Ingredients List:

  • 2 pieces of chicken leg
  • 1 teaspoon off garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (smashed)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoon of lemon peel
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 1 pinch of color food

Preparation Steps:

  1. Small cut the chicken leg pieces with the help of knife.
  2. Take a bowl and put the yogurt,salt,black pepper,oil,lemon juice,food color,red chili powder,garlic paste,turmeric powder,and all spice powder and combine all these ingredients.
  3. Marinate the chicken in this mixture.
  4. Grease the oven tray and put chicken.
  5. Bake,steam or even fry the chicken and also enjoy it.
