Roasted Onion Soups By Using Goat’s Cheese toasts Recipe

This delivers the loaded caramelized flavor that definitely strikes the spot on a frosty night.Roasted French Onion Soup French classic, made with caramelized onions and topped with agonizingly cheesy toast, is always a favorite.

Use Ingredients  List :

  • 800g yellow or white onions , sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp Marmite
  • handful parsley , roughly      cut
  • 8 thick slices bread
  • 100g soft vegetarian goat’s cheese , cubed

Instructions :

  1. Heating oven towards 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Placed the onions in a roasted tin along with the oil, salt and pepper. Provide it a fine stir, after that roast for 45 mins, mixing halfway throughout, till the onions are usually tinged brownish, however not burnt.
  2.   Tip the onion in to a large pan along with the stock, mustard as well as Mar mite. Take to the boil and simmer for 15 mins, and then stir in the parsley. Toast 4 of the bread slices and then spread on the cheese. Ladle the soup into bowls, place a toast into each and serve with the more slices of bread on the side.
